Fair dispute resolution

Disputes are reviewed by our trust team using timestamped evidence: the status timeline, before and after photos, GPS records and the signature captured on site. Outcomes are recorded against the booking so both parties can see the reasoning.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, contact us through the support page with the details. We investigate every report and will not pursue action against good-faith researchers.
