Legal
Cookie Policy
We use a deliberately small number of cookies and browser storage entries — enough to keep you signed in and your booking safe, and no more.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Strictly necessary
- Session tokens that keep you signed in securely between visits.
- A saved booking draft so your progress survives a refresh or a sign-in detour.
- Security tokens that protect form submissions.
Functional
- Your preferred city and last-used saved address.
- Dismissal state for banners and reminders so we do not nag you twice.
Performance
We record anonymised error and performance data to find broken pages quickly. This never includes the contents of your bookings or messages.
What we do not do
We do not run third-party advertising cookies, we do not sell browsing data, and we do not track you across other websites.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings. Clearing strictly necessary items will sign you out and discard any saved booking draft.
