Community Guidelines

ONDUTY works because thousands of people behave decently with each other. These are the standards everyone agrees to — clients and cleaners alike.

Respect comes first

No harassment, discrimination, threats or abusive language on the basis of ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age or any other characteristic. This is a zero-tolerance rule and results in permanent removal.

Be honest

  • Describe the job accurately — size, condition and access.
  • Do not create fake accounts, fake reviews or duplicate profiles.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or use someone else's documents.

Be reliable

  • Show up at the agreed time, or cancel early enough for the other side to adjust.
  • Cleaners: accept only jobs you can genuinely complete.
  • Clients: ensure someone can grant access at the scheduled time.

Keep it on the platform

Arranging work or payment off-platform removes escrow protection, dispute support and safety records for both parties. Repeated attempts lead to account closure.

Review fairly

Ratings should reflect the work performed. Do not use reviews for retaliation, and never threaten a bad rating to extract free work or discounts.

Enforcement

Reports are reviewed case by case. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, restrict dispatch, withhold a payout pending investigation, or permanently close an account. Serious matters are referred to the authorities.
